Is The Lockdown Working?

Is lockdown working? I think it is but do you? Its good in some ways but in others it is bad.

It is good because there have been less cases . Its good because we've had a lot of time to spend with our family. But most of all we have had a lot less deaths than most places in the world. But what is the cause for needing to be in lockdown? It is Coronavirus.

 But what is Coronavirus?

Coronavirus is a highly contagious disease that has spread all over the world . Millions are sick but at least 1/3 has recovered . sadly 246 thousand have died . How does it spread though. It spreads when someone infected couges , sneezes .And if your near and you breath then you will get it . you could also get it by touching a contaminated surface then eyes , nose or mouth.

Lastly I think there has been something better than anything else - the homeless have not been staying on the streets they have had places to stay to live during Covid-19 . so I guess lockdown is working for most people .

I think I have improved  in writing I can talk about my goals
More than I used to because we have had to so far in the hub
I am not afraid to fail because I can learn from it.

MY WRITING

As my foot dipped into the numbing chilly water the engine roared the tip of my single ski pointed to the sky the engine started I was up skimming through the glistening water I felt heart pounding my gut was telling me don’t fall of don't fall off but my heart was telling me I was doing great  I tried to do some turns but  splash

 I was in the freezing cold water then I tried again and again and again this is going to be the last time 

I said to myself whizzing through the water I tried a turn expecting to fall of I didnt I did it again and didn't fall of I  could single ski I said to myself we headed back to my campsite that was awesome I said to my dad.
